- We have posted the request for proposal for Klystrons for R100 Upgrade on the Jefferson Lab Web Site Solicitation Bulletin Board - http://www1.jlab.org/ul/Bus_ops/ All required documents can be viewed and downloaded from the bulletin board. If you are interested in submitting a proposal for this bid, be sure to register on the website and let me know by a return email. Any amendments or other information associated with the requirement will be posted on the Solicitation Bulletin Board, and by registering you will be automatically notified when postings occur. Please reference Solicitation NO. JSA-13-R323729 on all communication to JSA related to this solicitation. Also, if you are not interested in providing a proposal for this requirement, please send an email notification to jarrod@jlab.org Please note: questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Subcontracting Officer not later than November 5, 2012 by 4:30 PM (Eastern Standard Time). Proposals are due on November 19, 2012 by 4:30 PM (Eastern Standard Time). Please note that this is a Low Price Technical Acceptable bid package and award on initial offers can be made. Therefore, any issues or questions should be resolved prior to submission of bids. All correspondence regarding this solicitation shall be sent directly to the Subcontracting Officer.
