- F-18 and EA-18 Sole Source Justification and Approval for orders under BOA N00019-11-G-0001 The Naval Air Systems Command placed a sole-source firm fixed price order modification to Basic Ordering Agreement Order N00019-11-G-0001-0060 with The Boeing Company (Boeing) of St. Louis, Missouri 63166, for the procurement of twenty-three (23) ECP-MDC-F/A-18-06389 Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) for Incorporation of AN/ALQ-214(V)4 and AN/ALQ-214(V)5 Year 1 Recurring Retrofit Airframe Change (AFC) Kits for F/A-18C/D aircraft along with four (4) shipsets of amplifiers to replenish Government furnished amplifiers used for validation and verification. 12 AFC kits shall be delivered by April 2014 with the remainder to be delivered by October 2014. The amplifier shipsets shall be delivered by January 2015. At this time, NAVAIR does not plan to procure installations of the AFC kits.
