Successful offerors must be currently active in the Central Contractor Registration. 8040-00-180-6199 UI: RO ADHESIVE : DESCRIPTION A modified epoxy-polyamide resin system on an unsupported film for bonding metals, structural plastic laminates, and composite structural plastic sandwiches. Service temperature range from -423 to 200 deg. F. Film wt.: 0.060 lb/sq ft Size: The product shall be furnished as a 750 sq ft roll with full roll-length release sheeting/strips on a rigid 2.0 to 3.0 inch diameter core. Further, each roll shall be factory-sealed in a vapor-tight, plastic bag, shrink-wrapped, or otherwise containerized and physically protected between cut-to-size, corrugated fiberboard (200 psi minimum burst strength) which is taped or otherwise fastened outboard of the roll. There will be no interaction chemically or physically with the contents which would damage the container or alter the strength, quality, or purity of the contents. The packaging shall be closed in a manner that will insure the contents will not spill from the containers during shipment, handling, storage, and redistribution.
