- Sources Sought Synopsis for a 10-Ton Bridge Crane and install at Red River Army Depot. This is a Sources Sought Synopsis announcement; market survey for preliminary planning purposes. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS. Proposed project will be a Firm Fixed Price contract and will be Set-a-Side for a HUBZone small business. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to these sources sought or any follow information requests. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable for this acquisition is 333923. Small Business Size Standard in Number of Employees will be 500. Prior Government contract work is not required for submitting a response under the sources sought synopsis. Offeror's response to this Synopsis shall be limited to 2 to 5 pages and shall include the following information: Offeror's name, address, point of contact, phone number, and e-mail address. Offeror's interest in bidding on the solicitation when it is issued. Interested Offerors shall respond to this Sources Sought Synopsis no later than 11:59 PM (CST) 12 November 2012. All interested contractors must be registered in SAM to be eligible for award of Government contracts.
