- Solicitation The project materials are to be used for a small boat harbor renovation project in Hydaburg Alaska. The intent of this procurement is for the selected awardee to deliver the materials listed within the solicitation, meeting the specifications as shown and in accordance with appropriate industry standards of good practice for heavy marine timber and preservative treatment, directly to the construction contractor. It is anticipated that the float system will be fabricated in Washington State. The procured materials will be delivered to the float fabrication yard and or to a barge service owned or chosen by the construction contractor on the waterway. The price for materials will include delivery to the contractor at a location to be determined, somewhere along the coastal area of Washington State between Tacoma and Anacortes.
