- Description
- The National Park Service (NPS) has released two prospectuses for services at the Keller Ferry and Seven Bays Marinas located within Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area. The two prospectuses are for two different levels of service as well as two different term lengths for the same area and are described below. -Full service marina operation identified as "Full Service Draft Contract" includes houseboat and other boat rentals, moorage, retail/grocery, marine fuel and oil sales, pump-out service, and related services. The Full Service Draft Contract is for a term of fifteen (15) years. -Limited service marina operation identified as "Limited Service Draft Contract" includes moorage, marine fuel and oil sales, pump-out service, and related services. The Limited Service Draft Contract is for a term of ten (10) years. The Service is interested in maintaining an appropriate level of service on the south end of Lake Roosevelt and therefore have created the two prospectuses to help facilitate interest in bidding. However, if the Service receives a responsive offer, as that term is defined in 36 C.F.R. Part 51, for the Full Service Draft Contract, regardless of whether the Service receives a responsive offer for the Limited Service Draft Contract, the Service will cancel the Prospectus for the Limited Service Draft Contract before award and select a Concessioner for the Full Service Draft Contract. If the Service only receives a responsive bid to the Limited Service Draft Contract, the Service will select a concessioner for that Contract. In either case the final contract will be awarded under Concession Contract No. CC-LARO001-13. Both Prospectuses can be found electronically at http://concessions.nps.gov/prospetuses.htm or by contacting Kimberley Gagliolo, Commercial Services Specialist, at 415-623-2227 or via email at kim_gagliolo@nps.gov. Proposals must be received by the Pacific West Region, Commercial Services Manager, 333 Bush Street, Suite 500, San Francisco, CA, 94104, no later than 4:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) on January 15, 2013. If you choose to retrieve a copy of the prospectuses from the Service website please notify Kimberley Gagliolo via email so you are placed on the mailing list to receive notifications of any future modifications or other correspondence. Questions about the prospectuses must be submitted in writing to Kimberley Gagliolo at the email address noted above no later than 4:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) on November 20, 2012.
