- Add one exit lane to CPX Gate, USAG Humphreys, Korea 1. THIS IS A NON-WORK PLAN TASK ORDER RFP FOR MATOC CONTRACTORS ONLY. ONLY Proposals for this requirement are being solicited from the MATOC contractors for the following MATOC contracts issued by 411th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB). Proposals from offerors other than these MATOC contractors will not be considered for award. CONTRACT NO. W91QVN-11-D- 0041, 0042, 0043, 0044, 0049, 0050, 0051, 0053, 0054, 0055, 0056, 0057, 0058, 0059, 0060, 0061, 0062, 0063 & 0069. 2. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, supplies and any other resources necessary to accomplish the scope of work contained herein as indicated in the drawings and in accordance with the specifications. The contractor shall add one exit lane to CPX Gate, USAG Humphreys in accordance with the specifications and drawings. 3. Solicitation will be issued and posted to Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) approximately within 10 days from the date or later of this synopsis
