- Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract The Army Contracting Command National Capital Region (ACC-NCR), on behalf of the U.S. Army Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Programs G-8 Force Development, intends to award a sole source bridge contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A), "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements". This sole source contract will be awarded to Engility Corporation, 1320 Braddock Place, Suite 200, Alexandria, VA 22314. The contractor will provide Technical and Analytical Support Services. This action will result in a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract with a period of performance of three (3) months, with two (2) additional one-month options. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541611. The size standard is $14M. This Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued. Phone calls will not be accepted.
