- Description
- The Naval Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst intends to solicit for the acquisition of 12 each Oscilloscopes on or about 1 November 2012 on both Federal Business Opportunities and NAVAIR Open Solicitations. The purpose behind this Presolicitation is to allow potential providers to review our requirement and ask pertinent questions if the requirement appears to need clarification. The anticipated requirement will be for 12 each Oscilloscopes that meet the following: 1. Possess a minimum analog bandwidth of 200 MHz 2. Possess a DC gain accuracy of +/- 1.5 or better. 3. Possess as a minimum two signal measurement input channels. 4. Possess Ethernet and USB connectivity capability. 5. Possess an auxiliary input front panel BNC connector with input impedance of 10MOhm and max input 300vrms CAT II with peaks less than or equal to 425 v. 6. Possess channel to channel isolation equal or greater than 100 to 1 at less than or equal to 100 MHz up to the rated bandwidth for any two channels having equal volts/div settings. 7. Be able to operate with input power of 85vac-240vac +/- 10%. 8. Be able to operate with input frequency of 45 Hz to 65 Hz. 9. Possess a removable input power cord. 10. Must mount in a standard 19" electronic rack, either by component design or by a rack adapter kit. 11. Weigh less than 37 pounds. Proposals are not being requested at this time. The Government intends to procure this equipment utilizing FAR part 12 Commercial Item procurement procedures. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining if the requirements need modification to better serve the our end user.
