- Dear Prospective Offeror: Solicitation DKNG12TW004S This Request for Quote is for Schedule 70 contract holders. Vendors should reference the e-buy system to submit their quotes. Contract number and expiration date must be indicated on quote. Reference e-buy # RFQ744453. A Site Survey will be held October 19, 2012 at 10:00am Central Time. Contact shellie.heislen@gsa.gov or tajuanna.williams@gsa.gov for attendance. This is a Request for Quote for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 15 - Contracting by Negotiation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60, effective July 26, 2012. The Associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238210 with a size standard of $14 million. The solicitation is not being set aside for small businesses. The Federal Emergency Management Agency Facility is located at the 9221 Ward Parkway, Kansas City, MO. This requirement is for the installation of data and voice cabling. The contract will be for a period of performance from Date of Award to November 30, 2012. This is a single award firm-fixed price solicitation, FOB destination at the Kansas City, MO site. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The factors to be used in proposal evaluation are Technical, Past Performance, and Price. Evaluation will utilize a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable source selection process (15.101-2). Contractors are to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification - Commercial Items, with the proposal. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, including the clauses marked within this clause, and included in the Schedule 70 contract, applies to this acquisition. Quotes are due on or before October 31, 2012 at 4:00 pm ET. All quotes must be submitted via the e-buy system by the established date and time. Submissions of questions regarding the solicitation are to be addressed to the Contracting Officer at shellie.heislen@gsa.gov no later than October 22, 2012.
