- Description
- The Wilmington VA Medical Center, 1601 Kirkwood Highway, Wilmington, DE intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price "Service" Contract award to a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The Contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, tools, supplies, supervision, incidental engineering, and management required to perform grounds maintenance at the Facility in accordance with best management practices. Work includes the performance of lawn care services, fence maintenance, leaf control, planting, seeding, sodding, weeding, fertilizing, pruning, edging, street sweeping, cleaning of storm water inlets and bio filtration devices, snow removal, and other services as described herein. A full Statement of Work (SOW) will be posted to the Solicitation. Also, this is going to be a Five (5) Year Service Contract, with 1-Base year and 4-Options, so the pricing would need to reflect the base and each option.
