- Solicitation Description: The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWPNS) intends to procure conformal coating and other services (staking, potting, encapsulation, micro plasma etching, and ruggedizing prototype) on Government-provided printed circuit boards (PCBs) for various development and test programs. The contract will be a firm fixed price, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (FFP-IDIQ) type contract that encompasses multiple verbal fixed-price orders over a 3-year period of performance. Payment will be made via Government Purchase Card. The Government intends to award up to four contracts for this type of support although the Government reserves the right to issue a single contract depending on solicitation response and the technical capability of the offerors. The contract(s) will be awarded on a competitive basis as a 100% Small Business Setaside (NAICS 332812, employee size 500). Delivery shall be FOB Destination to NAWCWPNS, China Lake, CA. This procurement will be in accordance with the Statement of Work included in the solicitation. This requirement is a Commercial Item. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) Certification is required. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Respond to Craig Matheny, 429 E.
