- General Services Administration, Heartland Supply Operations Center, 1500 East Bannister Road, Kansas City, MO 64131 intends to establish a "not to exceed" one year standing price quote for various corrosion preventive compounds. The SPQ period will be 11/1/2012 (or date of award) through one year from start date. This procurement is not set aside for small business. Delivery will be FOB origin with 30 days ARO or sooner delivery time. This SPQ can be accessed via the internet at https://www.fbo.gov. Interested vendors are responsible for downloading the solicitation and all applicable documents. Please review the solicitation cover page for a list of documents that are to be submitted.
