Description

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / SOURCES SOUGHT INQUIRY The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC) is seeking information and sources that are capable of providing large vehicle storage for the Eastern Colorado Health Care System (ECHCS) - Denver VA Medical Center. The location for the storage facility shall be within fifteen (15) miles of the Denver VA Medical Center located at 1055 Clermont Street, Denver, CO 80220. The storage or warehouse must be large enough to house one passenger bus 38 feet in length, three passenger buses 28 feet in length, one Incident Command Post 16 feet in length and one large trailer. All vehicles shall be started weekly. The storage or warehouse facility shall be required to maintain service - temperature logs. The maintenance of the vehicles shall include battery charging and tire inflation. The storage or warehouse facility shall be temperature controlled and the facility shall maintain property insurance coverage for full value of the vehicles, trailer and Incident Command Post that are stored. Members of the ECHCS staff shall require access to the vehicles 24 hours per day, seven days per week and 365 days per year. This is a request for information and sources only, which may or may not lead to a future solicitation! This is not a request for proposal (RFP). The VA shall not pay for any information received resulting from this sources sought notice. Requests for copies of a solicitation shall not be honored or acknowledged. The capability statement should include a point of contact, complete mailing address, telephone number, email address and should state the company's business size status.
