- Description
- IFT Special Notice: For the purposes of industry planning, the government would like to provide an update on the progress of the Integrated Fixed Tower (IFT) source selection. The government is conducting source selection on a larger number of proposals than originally estimated. The quantity of proposals will extend the schedule to complete the evaluation process. The Government anticipates System Maturity and Deployment Capability Demonstrations occurring at the end of the 2 nd Quarter of FY13. As a reminder, demonstrations will occur after the competitive range decision has been made for those offerors within the competitive range. The current estimated schedule for contract award is 4 th Quarter FY13. This update is not intended to change the scope, content or instructions in the IFT RFP and associated amendments. Please do not respond to this Special Notice as the response date for the IFT proposals has already passed.
