- The synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is a single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access the information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) on behalf of Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dam Neck intends to procure on a sole source basis, PCI high speed express modules from Innovative Integration. Innovative Integration is located at 2390-A Ward Avenue, Simi Valley, CA 93065. The equipment to be provided are sixty (60) each PCI high speed express modules; P/N 80279-11A-L1. This procurement is sole sourced based on FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Innovative Integration is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), for the required PCI high speed Express modules. Using another module would require retesting and re-evaluation, drawing changes, technical data changes, and re-approval which would cause a significant cost increase, in excess of $100K 150K for the Government and would also cause schedule delay. A delivery date of 8 weeks ARO is required for receipt of the PCI high speed express modules. Partial shipment is acceptable. A Firm Fixed Priced contract will be issued. All items are to be priced FOB Destination of Naval Surface Warfare Center Dam Neck, Virginia Beach, VA 23461. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334412 with a size standard of 500 employees. Innovative Integration is a small business under NAICS Code 334412.
