- B&W Y-12, LLC (hereinafter known as "Y-12" for additional company information, see the website), acting under its Prime Contract No. DE-AC05-00OR22800 with the United States Department of Energy (DOE), is soliciting an Expression of Interest (EOI) for a minimum of 48,500 total square feet of leased office space in the Oak Ridge area, in close proximity to the Y-12 National Security Complex. The request for EOI does not constitute an invitation for sealed bids, a request for proposals, or offers. The purpose of this request is to identify prospective and qualified firms. Responses received will be used for planning purposes and determining candidates for subsequent procurement actions, if any.
