- Justifiication and Approval The Office of Naval Intelligence awarded a sole source purchase order to Innovmetric Logiciels Inc for renewal of the manufacturer's software support/maintenance for 3 licenses of Innovmetric's PolyWorks software. The award included two, one-year option periods (15 Mar 2013 through 14 Mar 2014 and 15 Mar 2014 through 14 Mar 2015). The contract action for was awarded under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Attached is the Justification and Approval. The Government intends to exercise said option. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all information received by 5:00 pm Eastern time on 25 Oct 2012 will be reviewed by the Government for future acquisition decisions. Parties may express their interest via email.
