- The Naval Hospital Pensacola has a requirement for A la Carte food services to provide food services for the dining rooms, inpatient meals, regular and therapeutic diet meals and nourishments for all inpatients for Naval Hospital Pensacola, FL. This requirement is for services that include furnishing all labor, supervision, transportation, equipment, food and supplies in order to provide Medical Food Services. Issue Date for this Request for Proposals (RFP) will be on or about 25 October 2012. Applicable NAICS: 722310 Small Business Size Standard: $35.5 This requirement is restricted as small business set-aside. This requirement will be awarded as a single, firm-fixed price contract. The acquisition strategy for this requirement includes a nine (9) month base year period beginning on 01 January 2013 through 30 September 2013 with two (2), one-year options and one three (3) month option period. NOTE: Closing date referenced in this advertisement is the closing date for the receipt of the Request for Proposals (RFP). No verbal or phone conversations will be accepted.
