- Lockheed Martin, at this time, is the sole source depot and stock point for the Q-70 equipment. The stock point is operated out of Virginia Beach, VA. This order will be for the processing/filling of a maximum of 3,299 requisitions. The other functions of the Mini Stock Point are packaging, shipping, requisition validation, and closeout. There are 925 NSNs that are currently supported under this MSP.
