AMENDMENT 0006 READS: The purpose of this amendment under Solicitation Number W5J9JE-12-R-0106 is to clarify the Design Requirements, replace Section 0110 and 0120 in their entirety, add FAR Clause 52.204-99, delete FAR Clause 52.204-7 and DFARS 252.207-7004, Alt A and provide a revised proposal date. (a) Offerors that previously submitted a proposal under this solicitation may submit a new proposal based on this amendment or they can acknow ledge receipt of this amendment stating that their proposal remains the same. All revised proposals or acknow ledgement of amendment can be sent electronically to Michael.J.Toth@usace.army.mil or Joseph.T.Bujnowski@usace.army.mil. (b) Replace Sections 0110 and 0120 in their entirety. See Continuation Sheet for an explanation of changes. (c) This Amendment Extends the Proposal due date to 22 October 2012 at 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
