- NSN 5962014060735, Microcircuit, Linear. Critical Application Itme. The DLA Land and Maritime Supply Chain (DSCC) is issuing solicitation SPM7M613R0001 as Unrestricted. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data. Therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under this authority of statue 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c ) (1) persuant to FAR 6.302-1. This item is for a source control drawing 4U884 655987, Amend Nr E, dtd 6/08/02, type no. 655987-3. Approved sources are (09059) Natel Eng Co. p/n 3921476-6 and (4U884) Raytheon Co. p/n 3921476-6. This acquisition is for 20 ea going to W62G2T, Stockton, CA 95296-0130. This is a DLA L&M solicitation and is solicited I/A/W DLAD Clause 52.209-9028 - Qualified Suppliers List of Distributors (QSLD) - FSC 5961 and 5962 (Aug 2009). All other offerors will be required to provide traceability to the OEM. Solicitation will include a 100% (20 ea) option that the Government may or may not use. Insp/Accept and FOB are requested at Desination. Delivery is requested at 270 days ADO and Packaging is I/A/W Mil-Std 2073-1D. Solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on 10/29/12. This requirement is Unrestricted, however size standard for this solicitation is 500 employees for NAICS code 334413. Solicitation contains DLA Provision 52.215-9023/ Clause L15A02 - Reverse Auctioning. Solicitation requests a Material Cost reduction Initiative to reduce material pricing by as much as 10%. Note 12 - Item under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement of Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreement Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Note 26 - Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with the commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
