Description

The United States Marshals Service Information Technology intends to issue a purchase order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the authority of FAR Part 6.302-Only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services, will satisfy agency requirements to CASSIDAIAN 42505 Rio Nedo, Temecula, CA 92590. The annual maintenance is required for EMERGENCY NOTIFICATION SYSTEM. The software licenses are proprietary to CASSIDAIAN Dialogic Communications Corporation is the owner and sole provider who is the only responsible source for maintenance. This procurement is for Software Support operating licenses systems under the sole manufacture of THE COMMUNICATOR! ® 4M (Military) product line and associated modules it is a subscription service that provides ongoing software platform, upgrades maintenance supports its products and provides training on the use of the systems. This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a request for offers. There is no solicitation document.
