- Wage Determination Performance Work Statement Solicitation Document This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services. This requirement is in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The following is a request for quotes using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures IAW FAR Part 13.5. The NAICS code is 812320. The 56 Contracting squadron has a requirement for Hospital Linen Services at the Medical Group. This requirement will include one base year plus three option years. Delivery is FOB Destination 56 FW, Luke AFB, 85309. Offeror must have current registration in SAM (System for Award Management). The government will award a purchase order to the vendor whose offer conforms to solicitation requirements and provides best value to the government. All quotes must be valid for 60 days. Signed and dated offers, to include a complete listing of all items must be submitted to the contracting office address listed above, for the attention of A1C Britton Purin, Contract Specialist.
