- This notice is being placed for informational purposes only - This notice is not a solicitation for offers. The U.S. General Services Administration (Mid-Atlantic Region 3) plans to issue a BPA call against an existing Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) BPA#: GS-23F-0232L/GS-03P-12-DX-A-0052 for Construction Management as Agent Services to procure Master Plan Review Services on behalf of the U.S. Department of State, Foreign Affairs Security Training Center (FASTC) for the US Department of State, Bureau of Diplomatic Security (DS) Foreign Affairs Security Training Center (FASTC) project. This opportunity is only available to the current BPA contractor.
