- Solicitation for Offers # - HSTS07-12-R-ES581 REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is interested in leasing approximately 22,000 square feet of ANSI/BOMA existing contiguous office space and 88 non reserved and 14 reserved parking spaces for occupancy in the vicinity of the Dallas Forth Worth International Airport, Texas 75261. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years with full termination rights by the Government after the fifth full year of occupancy. DELINEATED AREA: North of John W Carpenter Freeway Route 114, South of West Bethel Rd, East of International Parkway and West of South Beltline Road.. WRITTEN EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: Building Name and Address, Rentable and Usable Square Footage, Rental rate, Common Area Factor, Building Floor plans and Standard Tenant Improvements (TI) offered. CCR Requirement - Lessor/company must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) before an award can be made. If the lessor/company is not currently registered in CCR, they may do so by going to the CCR web site at http://ccr.gov.
