- GSA, FAS intends to establish a à œnot to exceedà twelve (12) month Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for two (2) National Stock Numbers (NSN) in Federal Stock Class (FSC) 8010. The SPQ period will be 10/18/2012 (or date of award) to 10/17/2013 (or twelve months from the start date). All quotes for this SPQ are to be FOB Origin with a requested 30-day delivery. Clauses that apply to all GSA Heartland Supply Operations Center, open market orders apply to this SPQ. Award will be based on price and delivery, and will be made on an item-by-item basis.
