- The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, DAKO North America, Inc. All other offerors may submit a quote thal will be reviewed by the Government. However, a determination by the Government no to compete with this proposed contract based upon resonses to this solicitation is solely within the discrestion of the Government. Information recieved will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining wheter to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Interested bidders shall submit quotations electronically by email to reynaldo.devera@med.navy.mil. E-mail submission are limited to 2MB. The submitter should confirm receipt of email submissions. Quotation are due on or before 15 October 2012 at 06:00 A.M. Pacific Standard Time to be considered responsive. Under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), sole source justification is based on DAKO Norht America, Inc. being the only company that can truly satisty the Government minimum requirement due to proprietary reagents to correspond wiht the NMCSD owned equipment.
