Description

U S Naval Hospital, Guam intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price Contract utiliziing procedures cited in FAR 13.5 to Hologic LP, 250 Campus Drive, Marborough, MA 01752. Commencing 2012 October 01 through 2013 Sep 30. Acquisition NAICS 339112. Contract will provide diagnostic screening products: P/N: 01200 Rapid Fetal Fibronectin (FFN) eight (8) cassettes @ $10 / packs: P/N: 01166 Rapid Fetal Fibronectin (FFN) control kit for TLI IQ System @ two (2) Packs: P/N: 71738-001 Specimens Collection eight (8) Pack usa 25pak/ P;N: 01175 TLI IQ Qcette Assem/PKG/Labeled @ one (1) Pack and P/N: 52660-001 Printer Labels @ one (1) Pack. Justification based on Hologic LP as the proprietor of the Full Term product line, and the only company licensed to provide the supplies in support of their TLi IQ in-Vitro Diagnostic System. This is not a solicitation, this requirement will be awarded as Sole Source. Vendor must be registered with System Award Management (SAM).
