- Quoters must comply with the requirements listed in Attachment 1 for this request. THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M0008112RC00106 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-61 and DFARS Publication 20120529. This solicitation is issued as 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541519 and the small business size standard is $25.5 Million. The Service Contract Act (FAR 52.222-41) is applicable to nonprofessional Contractor employees supporting this requirement. As this is web-based, the support place of performance is unknown, Contractor shall determine the appropriate wage determination, via the website that is applicable. This acquisition is for the procurement of maintenance support for the Tumbleweed Responder/Repeaters currently implemented across the Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN). Part Number: EVA-MA-S-999999-RP-B described as Repeater Maintenance Support Part Number: EVA-MA-S-999999-VA-B described as Responder Maintenance Support This requirement will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). The period of performance will be from date of contract award for a period of one year. The Statement of Work and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses that apply to this acquisition are outlined in Attachment 1. Quoters are required to provide their Contractors' DUNS Number and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code with their quote. The CAGE code entered shall be for that name and address provided by the Contractor. Offerors are required to be registered and be current in the System for Award Management(SAM) and Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF-RA) databases.
