- JOFOC This contract was negotiated without providing for full and open competition due to supplies and services being available from only one responsible source. ASD has previously issued special notices on FEDBIZOPPS and awarded to the one responsible source under Contract Nos. 54-6395-5-C032 and 54-6395-5-C068 for the PPV ELISA antibody kits, and Nos AG-6395-C-06-0044, and AG-6395-C-07-0003 for the storage, processing, testing and retesting of PPV leaf samples. This will be a follow-on contract for a base year and four option years. ASD issued a special notice to award to a sole source contract on FEDBIZOPPS on May 15, 2012 to issue a sole source contract with AgDia for storage, processing, testing and retesting of PPV leaf samples. There were no responses from other manufacturing vendors.
