- The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), located at 260 Industrial Way West, Eatontown, NJ 07724 intends to enter into a contract on the basis of other than full and open competition for the Office of Information and Technology (OIT), Veteran Affairs Innovation Initiative (VAi2) office. The TAC intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract consisting of a twelve month period, to SBG Technology Solutions, 2 Brittany Lane, Stafford, VA, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) pursuant to authority 38 U.S.C. 8127(b), Veterans First Contracting Program and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-5, "Authorized or required by statute" for the design and potential implementation of a study in nutritional science. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) for this effort is 541750. The estimated date of award for this action is September 29, 2012. This notification shall close on September 29, 2012.
