- NSN: 2840-01-331-2479, Seal Ring, Labyrinth. CFM International, CAGE 58828, P/N 9989M47P03. Destination inspection required. FOB Destination. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Requested delivery is 270 days ARO. Item is not a Critical Safety Item and no surge requirements exists. This NSN is a critical application item and is commercial. Solicitation will result in Firm Fixed Price contract with provisions for a 100% Quantity Option. Solicited unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is October 16, 2012. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
