- Position Description Small Business Sources Sought This is a Sources Sought announcement only seeking Women-Owned Small Business responses in order to determine participation in the acquisition. The Beale Air Force Base (BAFB), 9th Contracting Squadron (9 CONS), intends to procure one Clinical Nurse-Family Practice for the base clinic. See the position description attachment for qualification requirements. The designated NAICS Code is 622110, General Medical and Surgical Hospitals, size standard is $34.5 million. Your response shall include the following information: • Statement affirming Women-Owned Small Business status. Include CAGE and DUNS codes. • Relevant past performance information on same/similar work and your company's capability to provide for this requirement. The information should be sent to 9 CONS via e-mail to jeremy.hemington@beale.af.mil no later than 5 p.m. PST on 14 October 2012. Any questions can be directed to Technical Sergeant Jeremy Hemington at the same email address. IF A SOLICITATION IS ISSUED IT WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT A LATER DATE, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement.
