- Description
- FSC 5120 QPL Hand Tools NEGOTIATED FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT FSC 5120 QPL- TOOL KITS. The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) Heartland Global Supply Center intends to establish through negotiations a firm-fixed price, indefinite quantity, one-year Indefinite Requirements type contract for the period of December 3, 2012 or DOA (whichever is later) through November 28, 2013 with four one-year options. Requirements are for thirteen (13) FSC 5120 QPL Hand Tools.. These NSN's are part of GSA's Stock Program. Estimated quantities and descriptions appear in the solicitation document. The contract will include an Economic Price Adjustment Clause. All offers are to be FOB destination with delivery of 60 days or less and a minimum of $50.00. Award will be made to the most responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is the best value and most advantageous to the Government.
