- Description
- The Mission & Installation Contracting Command, (MICC) at Fort Polk, Louisiana has awarded a firm-fixed price 100% Small Business set-aside contract for a Protestant Musician Services for the Installation Chaplain's Office, Fort Polk, LA. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, transportation, and other items necessary to perform the services as defined in the Performance Work Statement. The period of performance will be base one year period and two option periods. The applicable NAICS code is 711130. Solicitation will be issued on or about 14 September 2012 with offer due date on or about 21 September 2012. The solicitation and any amendments will be posted and available for review and download at the Army Single Faced Industry (ASFI) website as well as FedBizOpps as no paper copies will be issued. Faxes are NOT authorized. Interested parties should review their Duns & Bradstreet number, Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE code), and ensure registration is complete in System for Award Management (SAM) at https://sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.
