- DLA Energy is requesting a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Direct Supply Pipeline Quality Natural Gas via firm or firm equivalent and interruptible deliveries with or without supply management to various Department of Defense (DOD) and Federal Civilian Installations in the following states: California, Colorado, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, and Washington. The performance period will be 30-months starting on April 1, 2013. Resultant contract(s) will be requirement type contracts. The RFP is available through https://www.fbo.gov.
