- AMENDMENT 0002 ISSUED AMENDMENT 0001 ISSUED SYNOPSIS: THIS SOLICITATION IS A TOTAL SERVICE-DISABLED VERTERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) SET-ASIDE. PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION AND SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE TO IDENTIFY INTERESTED CONTRACTORS AND DETERMINE THE SET-ASIDE. This project is to furnish all labor, materials and equipment to complete the replacement of the transformer and switchboard at Aviation Training Center Mobile Hangar Building to include, but not limited to, removal of 40+ year old transformer and its replacement; repositioning of transformer outside facility; installation of base standard power meter; disposal of existing equipment and with exception of salvageable circuit breakers; installation of government furnished emergency generator; construction of transformer foundation for relocated transformer; and installation of capacitor banks. The performance period will be 60 calendar days. The estimated value of this procurement is between $100,000 and $250,000. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) 2007 code is 238210. The small business size standard is a three-year average annual gross receipt of $14.0 million. Bid, payment, and performance bonds are required. All responsible sources eligible under the set-aside may submit a bid which shall be considered by this agency.
