- Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic (SSC LANT), Charleston, SC intends to issue request for proposal (RFP) N65236-10-R-0103 for the procurement of Biometric Support Services. The anticipated work effort will encompassed design, development, procurement implementation, integration, installation, and deployment of biometric systems to ensure all biometric solutions meet mission objectives. Contractors shall have demonstrated technical capability, demonstrated past performance, and demonstrated experience in software development using processes similar or equivalent to CMMI Maturity Level 3. This is a new requirement. The Government estimate for this solicitation is approximately $99.4 Million. The applicable NAICS code is 541330 with a size standard of $27 Million. This procurement will be conducted under full and open competition. The Government anticipates award of multiple contracts as Performance Based, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Cost Plus Fixed Fee with provisions for Firm-Fixed-Price orders. The contractor will be tasked to accomplish the work as specified in the performance work statement. The period of performance includes a base year and two (2) one-year option periods.
