- The Acquisition Services Team, United States Department of Agriculture Natural Resource Conservation Service Contracting Office, Washington, DC 20250 hereby gives notice of their intent to award a purchase order to MIG Inc. PO Box 837 Hudson, WI 54016 on a sole source basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The purpose of this procurement is to order IMPLAN National Datasets and technical services in the following configuration: Quantity Product 1 Dedicated level 2 support agent and 1 hour project consultation with an economist for 1 user 1 Support agreement for custom solutions to enhance IMPLAN 1 2011 National Package**, IMPLAN V3 software included 4 2011 National Package**, IMPLAN V3 software included ** 2011 National Package includes IMPLAN data for 2011 for all States and Counties in the US. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all quotes received within three (3) calendar days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered. Interested parties may identify their interest and unique capabilities to respond to this requirement or submit their quote. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
