- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Army Contracting Command-National Capital Region (ACC-NCR) intends to procure advertising and marketing services for the U.S. Army to field effective public service campaigns, refinement of campaign strategy and focus, creation of multimedia advertising products to carry out the strategy, dissemination of multimedia products and monitoring and reporting the results of media placement efforts and ongoing tracking of the results/metrics established for the program in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and evaluation criteria. All proposals shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist, Linda Jackson by 29 September 2012, 5:00 PM, EST to the following address: Linda.Jackson6@us.army.mil.
