- This requirement is for Intraoperative Neurophysiological Monitoring Services at Madigan Healthcare System (MHS), Tacoma, WA. The requirement is for a company to provide a spinal monitoring machine, supplies, and one Electroneurodiagnostic Technician to monitor patients during surgical procedures. The Healthcare Provider performing services under this contract must have prior experience providing Intraoperative Neurophysiological Monitoring Services. These services will be conducted on an on-call basis for both scheduled and emergency surgeries. The performance schedule will vary depending on if it is a scheduled or emergency surgery. Period of Performance 15 December 2012 -30 November 2013 plus four one-year option periods if exercised.
