- The Government has a requirement the following: Purchase Request Order Numbers (PRON): D12C0205D1, Noun: Cover, Access-Bottom; NSN: 1420-01-394-8354; Part Number: 13414816; Quantity: 138 each; applicable to the HELLFIRE system. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 138 each, 240 days DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 138 each, 75 days DACA. No telephone requests will be accepted. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. This solicitation includes the provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction.
