- Round 3 Q&A - contains all questions and answers to date. This is a Request for Proposal for a High Performance Computer System No. 4 (HPCS-4), per the attached Statement of Work/Technical Specifications #216920, dated September 18, 2012. Notice of Intent to Propose A notice of intent to propose is due by October 5, 2012, in the form of an e-mail. The e-mail should be directed to the attention of Andrea Fernandez at andrea.fernandez@pnnl.gov. Notice should include "RFP 216920," company name, contact name, contact information, and expression of intent to submit a proposal. Explanation to Prospective Offerors - Clarifications Written requests for explanations or interpretation shall be submitted by e-mail to andrea.fernandez@pnnl.gov. Clarification requests will be accepted no later than 4:00 pm Pacific Time, October 5, 2012. Proposal Due Date Proposals shall be delivered to Battelle by 4:00 PM Pacific Time on or before October 19, 2012. Proposals should be submitted electronically (preferred) to andrea.fernandez@pnnl.gov. All transmittals must reference "Proposal to RFP 216920." 9/24/2012 - Round 1 questions and answers are posted. 9/27/2012 - The RFP is amended with changes in the Technical Specifications. Please sign and return the Amendment 1 form to andrea.fernandez@pnnl.gov at this time, or when you submit your offer. It's required for your offer to be evaluated. Round 2 Q&A are posted. All Q&A round include all questions and answers so if you miss a round, read the latest round. 9/28/2012 - Round 3 Q&A are posted.
