- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): Thalle Construction Co., Inc. Contract Number: W912P5-10-C-0002 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District has a requirement for the construction of upstream lock monoliths for the Kentucky Lock Addition Project in Grand Rivers, KY. The Government intends to award modification P00033 against existing contract W912P5-10-C-0002 awarded to Thalle Construction Co., Inc., for Case KY045-Checkerboard Rock Excavation, KY048-Surface Prep Overrun and KY050-Surface Prep Overrun Impacts. Per ARRA requirements this is for information only and is not a request for solicitation.
