- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement will be the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The National Institute of Standards and Technology intends to purchase a transmitter subsystem to create a bi-phase modulated carrier signal of 83.5GHz and at sufficient power for transmission. Requirement is attached in SOW (statement of work) document. The NAICS code selected for this procuremnt is 334220 / 334511 with a small business size of 750 employees. This will be FOB Destination shipping to Boulder, CO.
