- This Request for Proposal (RFP) is soliciting firm-fixed priced proposals for a commercially available 11-meter Rigid Hull Inflatable Boat with a Outboard Twin, Yamaha V6 4.2L offshore model engine that has a proven service design, and is currently in use within the commercial marketplace with minor modifications as required for military applications. This procurement is for a Foreign Military Sales pseudo-case and all items purchased under this contract will be turned over to the Government of Yemen.
