Description

NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION: In accordance with the Veterans First Contracting Program and the Authority under 38 USC 8127-8128 (Sections 502 and 503 of Public Law (P.L.) 109-461), FAR Part 6.302-5(b) (6), and VAAR 819.7007, the Government intends to negotiate a sole source contract to a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) for Project #675-12-x19, Titled "Construct Golf Cart Stations" located at Dept. of Veterans Affairs, Orlando Medical Center (NCO 8), 5201 Raymond Street, Orlando Fl 32803 to Replace the Vinyl Floor in the OR #1 at the Orlando VA Medical Center. The project range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This is not a solicitation and does not constitute a commitment or an obligation by the government. This notice is not a request for offers, quotes or proposals. The government intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Blue Cord Construction, an SDVOSB concern. This SDVOSB Company is listed in the VetBiz registry and is CVE Verified.
