- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis: VAPS software - Developer qty 1, Designer qty 1, and Rehost qty 2. This requirement is sole sourced to: Presagis USA, INC., P.O. Box 260674, Plano, TX 75026 as they are the sole owner and distributor of the software that is compatible with the F/A-18 A-D Operational Flight Programs. Any firms believing that they can provide the specific software may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than the date posted on this notice. It must clearly show the firm ™s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the product and without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which may be considered by the agency.
