- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F1COCR2241A001 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-60. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 337910 and the small business size standard is 500 Employees. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation: 0001-Bunk-able Bed Frames 50 Each: Bed platform made of steel (Black/Total Eclipse in color) -38W x 86L x 34H minimum size -Must fit mattress 36W x 80L or come with fitted mattress -2 underneath drawers built in -Laminated wood doors (Cherry) -Padlock hasp mechanism for locking both drawers -Headboard-safety bar -Must be able to stack 2 beds onto each other and create a bunk bed. Oral Quotes will not be accepted. Quotes shall include shipping to Tracy, CA. Collect calls will not be accepted. All firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database @ www.ccr.gov to be considered for award. All proposals must be directly submitted by the firm registered in CCR that is intended to be the successful awardee. Proposal submitted by another firm on behalf of a CCR registered company with the intention of being award "care of" will not be accepted. Award will be based on lowest price technically acceptable.
